Bike trip points of interest – Signal Hill – Cape Town
Situated next to Lion’s Head and Table Mountain.
Not only does this “hill” offer some of the best scenic views over Cape Town, it also hosts a variety of activities such as paragliding, hiking routes, and also the Noon Gun.
The Noon gun is fired every day at 12:00.
Signal Hill got its name as it was used as signal point to issue warnings to ships below of weather conditions.
