Situated in Ashton Main Road, Platform 62 Wine Experience offers as it’s name states and more.
Platform 62 offers arts and crafts, a wine boutique, a farm stall, and also a cozy restaurant called The Shed.
The Arts and crafts sections includes a variety of local and african art pieces and trinkets. When we visited we were astonshed by some of the almost live size horses constructed out of raw materials. That was just some of the great local pieces to mention.
The wine tasting / sales area offers a large selection of local wines from white, red, to desert wines.
The Shed restaurant focuses on light meals and refreshments. The outdoor garden setting is the perfect location to take a break in your journey.
